Our Collection Guide is here to help you when making decisions about your invitation suite and the options available.

The Process

 

 
No.1

GET IN TOUCH

Once we have received your quote request and have gathered information via our customisation form we will send you a contract to sign. Our services will then be secured with a non-refundable deposit of 50% of your proposed quote.

Please note, no work will commence without a signature to confirm you have accepted and agreed to the terms and your deposit has been received.

No.2

DESIGN PROCESS

Once we have your completed forms the design process can begin.

We use the information you provided to create a file for you and your fiancé. This will contain details of the pieces within your suite and the design features you have requested. This will also include paper choices, embellishments and any special touches you wish to include.

No.3

RECEIVING PROOFS

The next step will be to create a set of digital design proofs. You will receive a proof for each piece in your suite, detailing the layout, paper choice and design elements previously discussed.

We know how important it is for your invitations to be perfect so we are happy to make any necessary changes to get it to sign off point. Please don’t worry about asking for any changes.

No.4

APPROVAL & DELIVERY

When you have signed off all artwork the printing process can begin.

Please note, we cannot start production until we have a signature from you.

We will assemble each invitation pack with the appropriate embellishments so that they are ready for you to send straight out to your guests. At this point we will arrange your delivery/collection.

 

 

Crests and Monograms

Each of the below crests can be added to your suite as they are, however, you also have the option of adding your initials and/or your special date into the centre.
Each one has been hand illustrated using delicate botanical and floral elements. They would make a wonderful addition to any of our suites.

Our Floral Wreath is made up from wild flowers and untamed foliage, creating a delicate and romantic aesthetic.

We know how important your date is, so why not include it in your crest? Our ribbon gives it the perfect placement.

Our Botanical Crest has a royal feel to it’s shape The carefully placed florals provide a delicate and fresh aesthetic.

No.4 - LAUREL WREATH

Our Laurel Wreath is made up of several sprigs and would be a delightful hint towards a foliage themed day.

We are happy to create an alternative design for you, but please be aware this would be considered a bespoke design so would incur an additional charge.

 

 

Venue Illustrations

We love seeing the beautiful venues you choose to spend your special day in, and we absolutely love illustrating them to use within your invitation suite.
We offer two different styles for you to choose from for our illustrations.

No.1 - FREEHAND SKETCH

Our Freehand illustrations embrace the beauty in the imperfections created when drawing with a looser but romantic style.

No.2 - FORMAL LINE

|

Our Formal line drawings focus on the architectural design of the buildings, ensuring to include all of the beautiful features and details which make them so recognisable.

Coloured illustrations are also available, however, these are priced slightly higher due to the time increase.

 

 

Our Curated Papers

After careful consideration and many trials and tests we have chosen four beautiful paper types to use for our collections.
Each one has a luxurious feel, which adds to the overall aesthetic of our invitation suites.

If you had a particular type of paper or colour in mind please get in touch and we can discuss the options that are possible.

 

 

Ink Colours

The colour palettes below are available for our digital printing methods.
You do not have to stick to these palettes however they are a good starting point if you intend to match your invitation suite to your wedding colour scheme.

Alternative colours are available on request. Please note some of the softer shades will only work on certain paper types but we will advise as appropriate.

 

 

Envelope Colours

Each of our invitations and RSVP’s come paired with a lovely white laid envelope, however, we have teamed up with Magna Papers to offer you their beautiful premium envelopes as an optional upgrade. Their heavyweight envelopes come in 15 different colours which would be the perfect addition to match any of our invitation suites.

We are happy to accept requests for different envelope options, including but not limited to handmade envelopes and alternative colours. Please get in touch to discuss.

 

 

Stationery Timeline

We understand how overwhelming it can be to plan a wedding, so below we have created a rough guide to go by for the timings regarding your wedding stationery.

In terms of numbers, we recommend ordering one invitation suite per household or couple.
Although we always recommend adding a few extras to your final order just in case you’ve forgotten anyone or want one as a keepsake.

10-18 MONTHS BEFORE YOUR WEDDING…

Finalise your guest list, choose your preferred invitation suite style and start the order process for your ‘Save the Dates’. We love when a design style is carried all the way through to your thank you cards.

5-8 MONTHS BEFORE YOUR WEDDING…

Collect all of the information needed for your invitations, whether this be directions to your venue, your wedding breakfast menu or rules about confetti, and start the order process.

2-3+Months+Before.jpg

2-3 MONTHS BEFORE YOUR WEDDING…

This is usually the timeframe your venue will give you to get your final numbers together. Try to choose a date within this for your guests RSVP date then you aren’t rushing to get your information together.

5-7 weeks before.png

5-7 WEEKS BEFORE YOUR WEDDING…

Finalise your list of attending guests so you can order your table plan, this always takes longer than you think! We also recommend you start the order process for your on-the-day stationery at this time.

3-4 week before.png

3-4 WEEKS BEFORE YOUR WEDDING…

Make sure all of your on-the-day stationery has been approved so the process can begin to get these produced and out to you in time. This is a good time to think about any final touches like vow books too.

1-3 MONTHS AFTER YOUR WEDDING…

Get in touch about ordering your ‘Thank you’ cards, not all couples send these out, however we think it’s a lovely way to thank all of your guests for attending your special day in a personalised way.
